Saltwater Coast is a village developed by FKP. Woodform was contracted by Masbuild to supply the timber for the LifeStyle Centre. Spotted Gum was used throughout the centre in timber flooring, timber battens and timber cladding.

NH Architecture says...

The brief for this project was to design a lifestyle
centre to act as a meeting place for residents within the Saltwater Coast residential development at Point Cook.
This residents-only community centre will offer many recreational facilities and be resortstyle in feel. The facilities incorporated in the hub will include a gym, lap pool, recreational pool, children’s pool, spa, tennis courts, a cafe, and a multi-purpose function space.
NH Architecture’s design will provide a high
quality, uniquely designed lifestyle centre which
will set a benchmark for Point Cook and the surrounding area.
This lifestyle centre forms part of the Saltwater Coast development which will accommodate
approximately 4,000 residents.
