Consisting of small-scale commercial tenancies to activate its Bourke Street frontage, the project encompasses basement car parking, podium townhouses and a 15-level residential apartment tower. Each of the apartments features generous access to outdoor space via large balconies and terraces. Serrata bucks the trend evident in a great deal of Docklands development with its more intimate scale and explicit connection with the adjoining Victoria Green community park. Serrata has been certified as a 4star green star residential building (certified for design, version one) and is the first Australian residential buiding to achieve this certification.
